Friday's Friend - Washington Humane Society

HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!  I can't get enough of saying that, HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!  Almost time for your humans to spend extra time with you over the weekend!!!

"Flash Gordon"
Used by Permission of the
Washington Humane Society

I would like to introduce you to "Flash Gordon" from the Washington Humane Society, Washington, D.C..  When I looked at their webpage, I found this statement to be very interesting and wanted to share it with you: "the Washington Humane Society has been the National Capital area's leading voice for pets and wildlife since 1870?  They have done their work through donor support too."

A one-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier, Flash Gordon’s favorite game is fetch and is looking for his next side kick for runs and adventures on planet Mongo.

Flash is a speedy learner and would be a good fit with an active family or adopter eager to continue his training. He gets along well with other dogs, and when it’s time to settle down after the day’s adventures, he’ll calmly enjoy soft chin and neck rubs.

Meet Flash at the Georgia Avenue Adoption Center today (7319 Georgia Avenue, NE/ 202-723-5730!) or visit Washington Humane Society.

Now through Easter Sunday, WHS is offering 50% off ALL adoption fees for ALL animals!

Thank you to the Washington Humane Society for supplying information for Friday's Friend.

Since 1870? Wow! Flash Gordon is adorable in those bunny ears. Will be sharing him and paws crossed for a quick adoption!
