Friday's Friend: Dog Adoption, Washington Humane Society

BRRRRR!!!  Way to cold today and it's supposed to get colder over the weekend- one great thing, of many, about having a dog or cat in the house, is snuggling on these really cold and frigid days.

Missed catching up with my friends at the Washington Humane Society last week- but she's making up with it this week by introducing me to Hazel!

"Hazel"
(C) Washington Humane Society
Hazel is a two-year-old, thirty-nine lbs., American Staffordshire Terrier Mix. She was surrendered to the Washington Humane Society in December 2014.  She is one of New Year Avenue's ''hidden gems!"

A big snuggler, she enjoys running around the yard and playing and sniffing all there is to sniff!!  WOOF!  It's hard to resist her doggie kisses!

Interested in learning more about dog adotpion and meeting Hazel?  You can do so at the Washington Humane Society's New York Avenue Adoption Center located at 1201 New York Avenue, NE, Washington, D.C., 202-576-6664, or you can visit Washington Humane Society.
