Friday's Friend! Dog Adoption, Operation Paws for Homes

WOOF!! Happy Friday- I've had a pawsome week making new friends with several dogs and cats.

I had a pawsome visit with two young ladies from Operation Paws for Homes!  My friend "Miss J" brought a young lady for you to meet- Gingersnap!

"Gingersnap!"
(C) Operation Paws for Homes
Isn't she a beautiful girl?   Gingersnap is a two year old Labrador Retriever mix. And, pawsomely, she is a pawfect size at 38 lbs.!   WOOF!!!

Like many young pups who have not had a paws of training, Gingersnap has quite a bit of energet to burn and loves to run, play fetch and tug of war.

Gingersnap has learned many basic commands like "sit" and "shake."  Is one pawfully smart girl who will do just about anything for treats and is willing to learn new stuff- especially if there are treats involved.  She is learning some "ladylike" manners with her foster mom and is having a blast!

Gingersnap is crate and house trained and walks pawderfully on a leash.  She enjoys car rides too.  She will climb in, find her place, and settle in to go with you!

Love and cuddle and being petted are a few other traits of this pawfect girl.  Though playing is ideal, she loves those moments too.

She gets along well with other dogs but not sure about cats.  With her high energy level, it might take some time and patience to train her!

Gingersnap is good with the entire family.  She loves children ages 10 and older.  She will make an excellent addition to a high energy single, couple, or family!
