Friday's Friend! Dog Adoption, Homeless Animals Rescue Team

Happy Friday!  I love Fridays!  Usually the end of a work week and my human can sit around all weekend and give me treats and the best water he can find, scratch my ears, rub my belly, pet my incredibly handsome head and take me for long walks and play in the backyard and, well, I'm sure I will think of some other pawsome things for him to do!  BARK!

I had a pawsome time meeting my friends at "Homeless Animals Rescue Team" this week and their buddy "Rico!"

Rico is a 7-year-old male Hound mix, much like me and we hound mixes are pawsome dogs!  He is friendly with other dogs, don't know about cats, and is recommended for mini-humans over the age of 8.

Rico is a very sweet and attentive guy who is looking for a "Forever Home" and humans to love!  

Like me, he is a "velcro dog" who is happiest when he is with his humans going on life's adventures and activities!

Rico loves going for walks, trips to the park, hanging out with you while gardening, watching TV or a movie or just hanging out!

Rico is very food motivated so he'll be fun to train.  Given his passion for food, and given his ability to help himself to food being carried by a toddler or mini-human, he is not recommended for a family with young mini-humans.

Rico is house and crate trained.

While Rico would be happy as your one and only dog, that is, so he can get all of your attention, he would do with with another dog in the home.

Rico traveled all the way from New Mexico to find his "Forever Family," and will be a pawtastic companion for the lucky human's who adopt him.
