Friday's Friend! Dog Adoption, Operation Paws for Homes

My friend "Miss Ashley" has football and the fall season on her mind.  She's busy preparing all her parties and fun while doing the most impawtant things she can, caring for pawsome dogs who need "Forever Homes!" This week, she included some party artwork when she introduced me to one of her friends!

Meet Rustie!
"Rustie"
(C) Operation Paws for Homes
Rustie is being fostered in Virginia so he'll be barking for the Virginia Tech Hokies Athletics this fall.  WOOFs!

Rustie is a 2 year old Beagle mix.  He recently arrived at Operations Paws for Homes and is settling in barkingly with his foster mother.

Rustie is a really cool and sweet guy who is exploring everything new.  He gets along well with the other dogs and does well in his crate.

A note from Operation Paws for Homes: A successful adoption depends on "The 2 Week Shutdown" . A calm, crated time, in which the dog has an opportunity to adjust to his new home; lots of exercise, no new dogs,no new people, or new places.
