Friday's Friend! Dog Adoption, Lab Rescue of L.R.C.P., Inc.

My friend "Lab Lady" from Lab Rescue of L.R.C.P., Inc. came by this week with a pair of friends for you to meet.... Harvey and Floyd- these guys are a bonded pair which must be adopted together!  WOOF!! BARK!  arf.

Floyd is a 6-year-old mixed breed and Harvey is a 7-year-old Black Labrador Retriever! These two pawtastic characters are looking for a "Forever Home" with a backyard to play which has a physical fence, not one of invisible ones!

I must say, Floyd is a bit shy when meeting humans but will warm up- just takes a few minutes, maybe just seconds! WOOF!!!

Floyd is a fuss-free fella, he will rest or play depending on what his humans want and he gets along with other dogs!  He loves hanging out on the couch and is really funny while sleeping as he sometimes sleeps on his back!  

A pawtastic, easy-going, gentle guy, Floyd is faithful to his humans and his brother Harvey. He is a follower and will follow you and/or his brother Harvey!  

Floyd is good on a leash and will walk right beside his human keeping him company. He is good about letting the human take the lead! He knows pawlenty of commands too.

Harvey is not shy, he is the social butterfly of the two, eager to meet and greet all the humans and dogs he can! He will need an "Easy Walk Harness" for walks!  He knows quite a few commands too!  WOOFS!  He loves to retrieve!

Harvey is one of those happy, harmonious, obedient, helpful - he is Floyd's leader, hilarious - when playing with toys and making faces at you and handsome dogs that come along only every once in awhile! WOOF!

Harvey and Floyd enjoy playing with toys or laying out in the sun.  The two characters are pawsome fellas who are easy to take care of and are barkingly eager to please their humans!  The guys demand so little, and are ready for their forever family!

The guys are recommended for mini-humans age 10 and older, are good with other dogs but are NOT recommended for cats!  WOOF!!

Harvey and Floyd are up-to-date on vaccinations and are heartworm negative!
