WOOF! This week, I had a special human visitor from Operation Paws for Homes! BARKS! She, along with other volunteers, have done quite a few pawsome things to assist dogs in finding their "Forever Homes" and humans to love. My friend "Miss Jen" brought by a sweetheart named Crystal Light to meet you!

Crystal Light is a pawsomely beautiful 3-year-old Labrador Retriever mix who loves to play fetch! See her playing, Crytal Light's Fetch Video.

Crystal Light is a well-behaved gal. She rarely barks and knows her house and crate manners!

Crystal Light can be shy meeting new humans. She is best with a slow introduction. After that, it's time to snuggle and play!

Crystal Light loves giving kisses, riding in the car, going for walks and being outdoors! She plays well with other dogs and mini-humans. She doesn't like cats! WOOF!

Barks! Just to let you know, Crystal Light tested positive for heartworm disease before arriving to rescue and was successfully treated while in foster care. Heartworm disease is transmitted to a dog through a bite from an infected mosquito. With monthly preventatives, the disease is completely preventable. Read more about Heartworm Disease.
