WOOF! It must be Black Labrador Retriever Week and I didn't get the memo! WOOF! Of course, I think Black Labrador Retrievers and Plott Hounds are the bestest dogs ever- barkingly, no partiality, just know- from experience you might say?! ARF!! BARKS!

My friends at Operation Paws for Homes brought by this beautiful adult Black Labrador Retriever nix named Everclear who is looking for a "Forever Home" and humans to love! Barks.

Everclear is around 1-year-old. She has pawsome house manners and walks well on a leash. She is a gentle sweetheart especially when mini-humans give her treats! They could safely feed her treats all day and she would be happy!

She is friendly around other dogs she's met and seems to be cat tolerant. WOOF! WOOF!

Everclear is a most pawsitively gorgeous girl with a pawsome curved tail!

WOOF! WOOF! Everclear tested positive for heartworm disease before arriving at Operation Paws for Homes. Heartworm disease is transmitted to a dog through a bite from an infected mosquito producing a positive test in six months. Operation Paws for Homes will treat the dog and provide two weeks of recovery time prior to adoption. Potential adopters will receive detailed information on the disease and their role in completing the recovery process from Operation Paws Homes Heartworm Coordinator. With monthly preventatives, the disease is completely preventable. Read more about heartworm disease here.

Barks, if you would like to learn more about dog adoption, pawlease visit the Operation Paws for Homes Adoption Guide!

WOOF! To meet or apply to adopt beautiful Everclear, pawlease complete the Operation Paws for Homes Dog Adoption Application.

BARKS! Do you love dogs, but, for whatever reason, are not able to adopt? Please consider supporting Everclear financially. Donations will assist with her care. Any extra funds will be used to assist other dogs at Operation Paws for Homes. Interested, please donate HERE!
