WOOF! Barks, I have missed seeing my lovely human friend the "Great Dane Dame!" Paws, but then again, when I don't get to see her, it means most of the Great Danes in her care are adopted or almost adopted! WOOF! This week, she brings by a pawsome fella named Duke who's looking for his "Forever Home" and humans to love! Barks.
Barks, Duke is a young Great Dane who is around 1-year-old and FULL of puppy energy! He loves to play with his buddies so he will need to go to a home with another playful dog. He can jump a 4-foot fence so a 6-foot will be required for his adoptive family!
Paws, Duke loves everyone he meets!
Barkingly, since Duke is still learning proper manners, he will have a training addendum as part of his adoption contract to ensure he continues to be-all-he-can-be! WOOF!
Duke is recommended for mini-humans ages 8 and older. He gets another with other dogs and cats!
Adopting a Great Dane is a pawsome experience. Paws, the process to do so is a bit different than adopting smaller dogs. If you would like to learn more about adopting a Great Dane, pawlease visit the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League Adoption Procedures.
WOOF! WOOF! Duke could use a foster parent and foster home until he finds his "Forever Home!" To learn more fostering a Great Dane, pawlease visit Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League - Fostering a Great Dane!
