WOOF! WOOF! Am pawsitively happy to have caught up with my friend the "Great Dane Dame" of Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League this week. She brought by a beautiful petite Black Great Dane named Violet who is looking for her "Forever Home!" and humans to love! Barks!

Violet is around 3-years-old. She loves playing with other dogs and pawsitively loves the activity. Though she may be small, she makes up for it in love and attention! She loves nothing more than to get in your lap for a good snuggle!

Violet is a smart and funny girl who loves a human's complete attention. She is very active and LOVES to go for walks, car rides, and the dog park. She would be a pawfect companion for someone who loves to jog or run! Barkingly, she loves any and ALL squeaky toys and carries them around the house especially when greeting her foster mom after work!

Barks, Violet has been left loose alone in the house for up to 6 hours and has proven to be trustworthy- though counter-surfing for tasty treats isn't beneath her pawsome dignity!

Paws, at night she likes to curl up on her dog bed next to her foster mom. Barkingly, she would probably love to climb into bed and snuggle too!

WOOF! Violet would love to have another dog to play with or at least be in an active household.
She does not have a history with cats.

Barks, adopting a Great Dane is a different process because of the dog's size! WOOF! To learn more about the adoption procedure, meet Violet or apply to adopt, pawlease visit the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League Adoption Procedures.

Unable to adopt? Pawlease consider supporting Violet financially. Donations will assist with her care. Any extra funds will be used to assist other Great Danes at the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League. Interested, pawlease donate HERE!
