WOOF! WOOF! Barks! HAPPY FRIDAY! A beautiful day in the neighborhood and the weekend is looking great too! If you have a dog, you would have a barkingly grand time taking care of it, walking it, and playing with it. The best of times! My humans say that I have added a lot of great times to their lives and even been there when they needed me the most!

My pawsome friend the "Great Dane Dame" from the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League brought by a beautiful 2-year-old Harlequin Great Dane with beautiful markings named Chloe for you to meet! She is looking for a "Forever Home!" with humans to love who will love her too! Barks!

Chloe's sweet-self had ACL surgery to her right leg. She had to stay in her crate and a very small space to keep her activity to an absolute minimum to ensure proper recovery. The healing process went extremely well with no issues. She has strengthened her legs, is pawsomely taking longer walks over more and more difficult terrain. She has been released by the Veterinarian to return to regular activities!

Barks, Chloe is energetic and loves playing with her squeaky toys!

WOOFS! Chloe is completely house-broken and crate-trained! She enjoys going into her crate on her own to hang out or to sleep. Barks! I love mine! It's my room in the house where I can have my own space!

Barkingly, according to her previous humans, she does not do well with other female dogs. Paws, with her ACL recovery and the COVOD-19, she has not had much "test" interactions with other dogs! When passing other dogs, she stops to share and does not like being barked at! Barkingly, she will bark back and lunges sometimes. Paws, she is working to correct this! Barks.

Chloe is curious about cats! She wants to chase them if they bolt. She is more interested in squirrels! She is not recommended for a home with a cat or another dog!

Great Dane Dog AdoptionWoofingly, sweet Chloe has had little training. She is working on her commands, "leash/heal," "sit/down/stay" and is learning pawsomely quick! She heals when walking but periodically will pull.

Barks, she is getting more playful too. Paws, she doesn't realize how big she is so she bumps, steps on toes, and wants to play rough! She will calm down if enforced. With her energy and enthusiasm of being a pawsomely-grand-self of a Great Dane, she is recommended for a home with mini-humans ages 10 and older. She is not recommended for a home with significantly older humans!

Chloe is a true love bug and loves her humans! She will lay down next to her humans and cuddle all day if allowed! She is very smart and knows how to tell you what she wants, whether it's to play, potty, or some water!

Barks, since Chloe is very, very strong, she will need continued training. She will have a training addendum as part of her adoption contract!
