Oh, my woofs! What an adorably beautiful girl!  Meet my friend Tessa from the Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League. This girls pawsome beauty has been known to STOP traffic- and I can sese why! WOOF!

Tessa is a 3-year-old Merle Great Dane with natural ears.  She is pawsomely affectionate, loves to be pet and is one cuddle bug!

Tessa has pawsome house manners! She likes to bark at dinner time but shows no food aggression. She knows a few basic commands, "sit" and "lay down" and is learning a few others. She is pawsome on a leash and enjoys walks.

Tessa does alright with other dogs but will need to be in a home with a very calm submissive large breed dog or be your-one-and-only-dog-that-is! She has not had much socialization and gets carried away easily. She will require a strong alpha owner who can show her proper behavior teaching her to trust so she does not react out of fear.

Tessa will chase squirrels/cats so she will need a home without cats. Though she is gentle, she would do well in a home with older mini-humans, ages 12 and older, or adults only. She enjoys a calm environment with a few play sessions thrown in to let her energy out!

Tessa will make a pawsome addition to a household and make a wonderful companion. She wants nothing more than to pawlease her humans.
