WOOF! WOOF! I want you to meet a very sweet special friend of mine. Meet Pihu, pronounced "Pee-hoo!" She is with Operation Paws for Homes looking for a "Forever Home" with humans to love who will love her!
Paws, Pihu is a pawsomely incredible dog! She is around 1-year-old, a 20-pound Desi Dog (or street dog) from New Delhi, India.

G-r-r-r-r-r-r!As a tiny pups on the streets in India, she was hit by a car breaking her spine in 3 places. Barkingly, some pawsome humans with Kannan Animal Welfare (KAW) rescued her and nursed her back to health! Woof, one rear leg was amputated and the other rear leg remains paralyzed.

WOOF! WOOF! Sweet Pihu is learning to live life in a wheelchair. She has control of her "business" when in her crate. Barkingly, she is not able to get all her urine out on her own. Paws, no worries though, a gentle squeeze in the right place and she is good to go!
Barkingly, sweet Pihu is a snuggle bug and gets along well with other dogs in the house!
