Friday's Friend! Dog Adoption, Operation Paws for Homes

My friend "Miss Ashley" is one pawsome young lady- she has been pawfully busy with many humans tasks of life but always has the barks to share about a dog needing a "Forever Home." She loves what she does- Paws!

I'd like you to meet my friend Mary Kay, a pawsomely adorable 3 month old,Yellow Labrador Retriever mix. Isn't she just the cutest thing? WOOFs!

Mary Kay is pawsibly the youngest pups I've introduced to you over the years that I've been writing about dogs and cats needing "Forever Homes!"

Since she is so young and small, Operation Paws for Homes recommends she goes home with a
family whose children are respectful of her size and age. Barkingly, she will require an adopter who not out of the home for more than 4 hours at one time to continue her training - Operation Paws for Homes isn't allowing exceptions to this requirement!

Barks! A special paw from Operation Paws for Homes: As Mary Kay is so young, she has only received 2 sets of the required 3 sets puppy vaccinations. This is very IMPORTANT because it means that her immune system will not be fully functioning until about 16 weeks of age. She MUST stay out of public places where she could be exposed to the germs of many other dogs for another six weeks after she goes home. These no puppy zones include all pet stores, dog parks, and for apartment dwellers, areas used by other dogs. These requirements are strictly for the puppy’s medical safety and longevity.

Mary Kay is up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and will need to be spayed at the age of 6 months.

Barks! Interested in meeting this pawsome pup?  Mary Kay would pawsomely bark for you to complete the Operation Paws for Homes Adoption Application
