Friday's Friend: Dog Adoption, Operation Paws for Homes

My friends at Operation Paws for Homes have been busy rescuing dogs and have introduced me to an interesting character!  I can't resist sharing with with you- he is looking for a special friend and a "Forever Home."

The intellectual side of me wants to share this with you, "Thaddeus" means "heart" in Aramaic and "brave" in Greek!

And what a cool character this guy is!  He's a handsome, 6 year old, 55 lb. Labradoodle! And, he just loves everyone he meets. A gentle boy, he adores his 3 year old foster sister who loves giving him hugs and help with his feedings.

Thaddeus is a special buddy who requires to be upright when he eats and drinks and stay like that for about 10 minutes afterward.  Thaddeus knows that's the he eats and has no problem with it. He has a special condition called megaesophagus. It's sounds scary but it just means his food and water need some guidance going down to his belly. Thaddeus has his own special chair he uses  that's fit for a king!

Barkingly, don't let that scare you if you are interested in this guy because everything else about him is perfect! He's a calm guy who wants to be at a human's side and shown some love that he deserves. Please consider making a special spot in your home for Thaddeus.

Before Thaddeus's canine Meagesophagus diagnosis, he had 2 emergency vet visits and his medical bills have piled up. We welcome your support if you would like to donate to his care. Go to Operation Paws for Homes. In the message box please designate your donation to Thaddeus.
