Friday's Friend! Cat Adoption, PetConnect Rescue

My pawsome friend "Miss C" from PetConnect Rescue brought by a cat friend for you to meet this week. Meet Heidi Gray!

I'm told this beautiful young lady is one firecracker! She and her sister Heather recently arrived to PetConnect Rescue from a shelter in North Carolina. The girls are around 8-9-weeks-old. Meowingly, if you are looking for a pair of pawsome kitties to adopt, pawlease keep reading!

Heidi is playful and full of kitten energy! She is curious, bold and can be silly too! She loves playing with the other cats in her foster home. Meowingly, she enjoys playing with all the toys and climbing the cat tree!

Heidi loves to eat, pawticularly canned kitten food!

Due to her size and energy levels, she will be best in a home with older/respectful mini-humans and an experienced kitty owner. Purrs, she is looking to be adopted with her sister Heather too.

Heidi is healthy, is current on vaccinations and preventatives. She has pawsome litter box manners!

A note from PetConnect Rescue: The adoption fee for this kitten is $135, which helps with the cost of routine Veterinarian care. The fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the kitten is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100 deposit is collected to help ensure that the procedure gets done in a timely manner.

Please note that cats adopted through PetConnect Rescue must be indoor only, and may not be declawed (unless already declawed at the time of rescue).

Please note the first step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a Veterinarian check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important so they will be speaking with the Veterinarian(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered and examined annually by your vet.

If you would like to learn more about cat adoption, pawlease visit the PetConnect Cat Adoption Guide.

If you would like to meet Heidi Gray or apply to adopt, pawlease complete the PetConnect Rescue Cat Adoption Application. Once submitted, one of the Adoption Coordinators will contact you.

Unable to adopt? Meowingly, how about supporting Heidi Gray financially? Donations will assist with her care. Any extra funds will be used to assist other cats at PetConnect Rescue.  Interested, please donate HERE!
