Being part Labrador Retreiver myself, I have to admit that I
enjoy writing about these dogs who need “Forever Homes!” Barkingly, my heart
goes out to all dogs who need a “Forever Home.”
These dogs make great companions and have just run into some unfortunate
circumstances which caused them to be in a shelter or a rescue.
My friends at the Lab Rescue of L.R.C.P., Inc. introduced me to a perfect angel for you to meet! Please meet Sonny!

A smiling, happy, playful, engaged pup who is also a cuddler, snuggler, kisser and will drop in a flash for a belly rub, is housebroken, an all around great Labrador is looking to win your heart!!
He has slept in a crate, though it took him a few minutes to get comfortable, but once he did, he was quiet all night!

He knows the basic commands and will do them in a heartbeat- a smarty pants, mind you! WOOF!!! And, though it might take some prodding or help from you, he enjoys going for rides! He loves to play with ball and is learning to bring it back and drop on command!
Sonny enjoys going for walks but tends to pull some- an easy harness will help with that!

Sonny is up to date on vaccine and is heartworm negative.
