A pawsitively beautiful, 2-year-old Merle Great Dane, Eleanor loves to cuddle as much as she enjoys running around the backyard and sunbathing! WOOF!! WOOF!! She would sleep inside all day if it meant cuddling with her humans! Barkingly, she is a heavy sleeper and content wherever she ends up falling asleep! WOOF! BARKS!

Paws, Eleanor is settling in and enjoying her foster home with her foster brother!
Eleanor is potty-trained and has free roam of the house while her foster Mom goes to work! She does not love her crate, but she will go in without much coaxing! Woof, Eleanor does have some anxiety if she is left all alone and enjoys reading (chewing) books (if they are available but she hasn't chewed anything since and she is left uncrated all day). arf!
Eleanor enjoys walks and will sit to have her leash put on! She loves going for car rides too!
Barkingly, when going for walks, it is hard for her to handle strange dogs within 30 feet of her. Strange dogs are an issue though she gets along with the male Great Dane she is residing with. It takes time and appropriate introductions for her to be comfortable. She is not a good candidate for the doggie daycare or dog park.
A sweet and loyal companion, Eleanor is looking for human who will commit to working on her issues, which should only take a few days, and continue working with her on training and give her lots of love and attention!
