My friends at the Washington Humane Society in Washington D.C. have been busy doing a great job caring for animals brought to them or found as strays. I enjoy hearing from them each week! WOOF!!!!!

Please meet Cocoa, a 44 lbs., medium size, sweet, and mature little lady. She is a the perfect combination of mellow and fun-loving! She is great on a leash. Cocoa craves human friendship and is just waiting for someone to love her forever.
Cocoa's laid-back personality makes her good for almost any household. She can be nervous around high energy dogs, so she would be best as an only pup, or with another low energy dog.
