Friday's Friend: Cat Adoption and Dog Adoption, Washington Humane Society

HAPPY FRIDAY!!  And, Happy Easter!  WOOF!!!!  Last week I had trouble with the internet service and didn't get to write, so this I'll be woofing about two friends from the Washington Humane Society, Duncan and Cadbury!!

Meet my cat friend, Duncan!

Duncan, a three-year-old, 11 lbs., domestic shorthair cat, is an expert sweetheart cool cat! When he is not wooing the staff at the Washington Humane Society staff with his purrs and biscuit-making, he spends his time daydreaming about all the stuff he wants to do at his new home (spoiler alert: it’s napping and sitting in someone’s lap)!

Duncan has FeLV, but that doesn’t get him down! He knows he has a long and happy life ahead of him. Duncan is very social and can become best friends with anyone at the drop of a hat. Maybe you can become best friends?

Another friend, you've got to meet is Cadbury! This girl is such a sweetie, I couldn't resist sharing her with you!  WOOF!!!

Cadbury, a two-year-old, 52 lbs., American Staffordshire Terrier mix, should announce her bid for a presidential run because boy, is she such a cool charmer!

Her platform?  It would be, “Tennis balls for all! Dog Parks in every city!” Cadbury can spend all day playing with a tennis ball. She likes to pick them up, then throw them across the room and chase them, only to do it all over again!

She’s not all about the hard work though – Cadbury has a very strong sense of family and friendship. Although she can be a little shy at first, she loves to cuddle and show affection. Cadbury is very smart too! She knows “sit,” “down,” “wait,” and “watch me.”
