Friday's Friend: Dog Adoption, Washington Humane Society

WOOF!!!  Barkingly pawsome is my friend from the Washington Humane Society, SLURPEE!!

"Slurpee"
(C) Washington Humane Society
The cold weather is pretty much gone and the summer is fast approaching- definitely Slurpee season- dog adoption, that is!!  WOOF!!!!

My buddy Slurpee is not a small guy, and isn't one of those dogs that you can carry or put in your purse, but he is full of love and very smart.

He knows many of the basic commands, like sit, down, paw, and roll over, and would love to learn some more.

Slurpee loves to snuggle and will try his best to fit into your lap (spoiler alert: he won’t ever fit).

Though Slurpee is big and strong, he's great on a leash and loves to walk right next to his human.

Slurpee is a two-year-old, 102 lbs., bulldog, who would love to share life with you!
Interested in meeting Slurpee and learning about dog adoption?  You can meet Slurpee at the Washington Humane Society's Georgia Avenue Adoption Center, 7319 Georgia Ave, NW, Washington, D.C., 202-723-5730 or visit Washington Humane Society!
