Mozart, born in Salzburg, Austria, was a prolific composer who began showing promise in music at a very early age being competent on the piano and violin at an early age. He was composing music by age 5 and by age 17, a musician in the Salzburg Court. He soon grew bored with this and went on to find better work.
While he stayed in the Capital city of Salzburg, he grew in fame, but not in wealth.
Mozart's final years were spent in Vienna, Austria, where he composed many of his best-known symphonies, concertos, and operas, and portions of the Requiem, which was largely unfinished at the time of his death. Jis death was often the subject of mysteries and mythologies. He was survived by his wife Constanze and two sons.
He composed over 600 works, symphonies, concertantes, chamber, operas, and choral music. His work has been endearingly popular among composers, musicians and the public alike and my human! He had a pawsome influence on Classical Music.
