Friday's Friend: Cat Adoption, PetConnect Rescue

The subarctic freezing temperatures hasn't stopped "Cat Lady" in bit in doing her loving work with cats for PetConnect Rescue!  This week, she has brought Sherlock for me to introduce to you!

The inquisitive look on this guy's face tells me how he got his name!  Sherlock was born in late February 2013 and rescued from a Carolina shelter.

A sweet cat, he's a purr machine and will roll over for belly rubs and tickles under his chin.  Though he is a bit shy with strangers, he's got that lap cat potential with someone who is patient to give him time!

Sherlock is an excellent big brother to his sister Elsa!  He loves to wrestle, groom and play with her. He does well with adult cats and would love the companionship of another kitty.

He is a champion with any wand toy racing to apprehend (often doing flips in the air to catch it) it. After he's finished and tired, he finds his favorite spot is a warm lap for serious cuddle time.

Sherlock is healthy, neutered, has completed his vaccinations and has perfect litter box manners.
