Friday's Friend: Dog Adoption, Lab Rescue of L.R.C.P., Inc.

Woof!! Hope you have a barkingly great Friday!! I did- it was wonderful- while my human was out, I got to meet this really sweet 6 year old female Black Labrador Retriever mix! Oh. She's 6.  I'm 6- oh, uh, er, hmmmm....  she's, uh, looking for a Forever Home!

Please meet Babe from Lab Rescue of L.R.C.P., Inc. !WOOF!! And, yes, that's her name!

Babe is a true babe! She loves to be with humans giving and getting attention, and love, more than anything else. When you meet her, she'll lean against you as if to show you her love!!

Now, she's not much on fetch- she'll go see why you threw a ball, but doesn't pick it up.  She knows basic commands and does well on a walk.
Babe was given up by her prior owners as she would go through an electric fence and go visiting the neighbors during the day!  She was an inside outside dog meaning she was inside only during bad weather.

She is good with other dogs- she's lived and played with several at the Kennel. No information on how she gets along with cats or children 10 and up.

Babe is up to date on vaccines and is heartworm negative!
