Looking for a friend to go for a jog or play in the backyard? My friends from the Washington Humane Society introduced me to Daphne, a 2 year-old, 45 lbs., Shepherd Mix who is looking for her "Forever Home."

One persistent athlete, not even a torn ACL can get keep her down! Daphne is recovering from surgery to her knee, though she won't make it to the Sochi Olympics this year, she is still full of energy and a competitive, athletic nature.
Daphne would do best in a home without other animals where she can have room to leap into your heart! Though she may never train for the Olympics again, her athletic spirit will keep her going for the speed walking competition!
Daphne is up to date on her shots and vaccinations. She was turned into the Washington Humane Society when her human became very ill.
