Friday's Friend: Cat Adoption, PetConnect Rescue

WOOF!! WOOF!! And, er, uh, meow!  I am happy to catch up with "Miss C" at the PetConnect Rescue.  She has been doing all kings of fun things with the dog and cat adoption- this week she brought by a cat and a dog for you to meet.

Sometimes I am asked why I support cat adoption since I am a dog.  A big dog. And, normally dogs chase cats.  Woofingly, and don't tell mom or my Crazy Aunt (yes, the one that you've been warned about- we have one too), but I have tried to chase a few cats- that is, until I learned what great pets they make.

Besides a cat brother, I have two cat cousins, Zoey and Max, who are incredible characters! I can see what a great job they do with Crazy Aunt.  So, cat adoption is an important part of life!  And, cats make excellent pets for many people, some who can't adopt dogs or want a pet with less work.. arf?   And, being related to them gives me reason to support cat adoption.

My friend "Miss C" brought by a cute young kitty that I'd like you to meet, J.J.!
