Friday's Friend: Dog Adoption, Lab Rescue of L.R.C.P., Inc.

BARK!!! WOOF!!!! Often, I wish I could provide "Forever Homes" to every single dog and cat in the universe that need humans and a place to live! WOOF! and MEOW!!!   And, when my friend "Lab Lady" brings a young Labrador Retriever to me to share with you, it breaks my paw heart.  I love all dogs and cats, but, being part Lab, sometimes it hits home. arf.

"Lab Lady" brought a beautiful young, 57 lbs., 18-month old female Yellow Labrador Retriever for you to meet this week!

Meet Brazil!

If you live in the country, a rural setting or a single family home with a fenced backyard, you've got to meet this pawnderful, pawtastic girl.  She has no exposure to city life and she really needs to go home with another dog.

Brazil is a shy young lady who is still coming out of her shell.  Though she loves to play with her fosters dogs, new situations still scare her. The humans who adopt her will need to give tender loving care and have patience to help her learn her new environment.  She will need a home without quick movements so she can learn.

Brazil has become a most excellent master at the game, "steal all the inside toys and bring them outside so Foster mama can pick them up and bring them inside again. Repeat!"  WOOF!- I'll have to try that on my humans- hee hee.  Clearly her favorite game! She enjoys a game of kickball too!  Squeaky toys are her game too, and she loves to hoard them!

Excellent at crating, she does enjoy her dog bed near her foster mom.

Brazil has learned a few basic commands but is still learning.  She loves chin pets and all the attention you can give!

If you are looking for a quiet, easy going companion, Brazil might be the dog for you!

Brazil has no history with children so he's recommneded for children ages 10. Nor does she have a known history with cats.  She is good with other dogs.
