Friday's Friend! Dog Adoption, Lab Rescue of L.R.C.P., Inc.

So this handsome fella of a Black Labrador Retriever comes running to me with a ball in his mouth and ready to play!  WOOF! A pawsome idea so we run around the yard and we play and we play some more and well, played some more. WOOF! I guess I should have looked to see if a human was attached to the leash before I had some a pawsome time! Sorry "Lab Lady!"

A most pawsome fella named "Marvel" stopped by to meet you this week. Let me share about him while "Lab Lady" takes a break and catches her breath! WOOF!!!

Barkingly, as Marvel has not been exposed to traffic, noise or groups of people, he is looking for a "Forever  Home" in a single-family home located in a rural setting. A physical fence is required!

Marvel is a marvelous of a dog! He is pawsomely friendly and loves to be petted by humans! Barkingly, he's had a rough life before coming to Lab Rescue! If you make a sudden move, he will go down on his belly- once he knows you aren't going to harm him, he comes up to be petted and give you kisses! Barks, he's doing much better with this challenge since he came to the pawsome fosters at Lab Rescue!

The ideal home for Marvel will provide him with lots of attention, training, and a fenced yard where he can play ball! He knows basic commands, "come," "sit," and "down." He is crate trained and keeps his run clean at the kennel!

Marvel is recommended for mini-humans ages 10 and older.  He is good with other dogs he's met. He has no history with cats!

At 4-years-old, Marvel is a handsome Black Labrador Retriever.  He is up-to-date on vaccinations and shots.  He is Heartworm positive. Paws, Lab Rescue will provide Marvel's Heartworm treatment, at no cost to the adopter, at one of our designated vets. The requirement to treat the dog at Lab Rescue's vet is included in the contracts "Heartworm Treatment Addendum". Adopters are encouraged to speak with the Lab Rescue Heartworm Coordinator prior to adoption to learn more about the treatment process.

Just to let you know and before I forget, no humans were harmed or put in real danger while we were playing with the ball!  WOOF!!! "Lab Lady" is fine- at least as far as she can be. barks!

If you would like to meet Marvel or apply to adopt him, pawlease complete the Lab Rescue Dog Adoption Application.  Tell them Noah sent you! WOOF!
