You know, this girl is really a sweetheart. Not only is she pretty and have a hot-looking face- oops sorry- she is a true sweetheart! My friend "Great Dane Dame" brought by this charming girl from you to meet!  Meet Athena!

Barkingly, she wasn't always so happy! She came to Mid-Atlantic Great Dane Rescue League very frightened and withdrawn! Paws, she will need some lovin's and patience to continue learning to trust again! With treats, she was accepting and affectionate toward her foster humans within 24 hours.

Athena is a most pawfect Great Dane! At 15-months-old, she is smart, pawsomely pretty, lovable, loves to getting treats, nuzzling with her humans, and running and chasing squirrels!

Athena is pawfectly house trained, chews only on her toys and is very pawticular which chair she chooses to curl up in during the day!  WOOFs!

Athena has lived with a Beagle and a French Bulldog but did not get along with the Beagle. Paws, she is looking for a home with no small dogs! She gets along with the male Great Dane in her foster home! She has attended doggie day care and was a model client! She enjoys socializing with the

Athena is recommended for mini-humans ages 12 and older. She has no confirmed history with cats.

Athena is looking for a family to love. She is certain to become one of the most lovable and bonded Great Danes in the right home!

Since Athena is still a youngster she will have a training requirement as part of her adoption contract.
